Chocolate Peanut Butter No Bake Bars

These no-bake bars are a delightful combination of chocolate and peanut butter, perfect for a quick and easy dessert. They require minimal effort and are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
Filling
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
Topping
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Method
 

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and melted butter. Press into an 8x8 inch pan.
  2. Melt peanut butter and spread over the graham cracker crust.
  3. Combine chocolate chips, butter, and milk. Microwave until smooth.
  4. Pour chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips. You can also add a sprinkle of sea salt on top before refrigerating.
