Method
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and melted butter. Press into an 8x8 inch pan.
- Melt peanut butter and spread over the graham cracker crust.
- Combine chocolate chips, butter, and milk. Microwave until smooth.
- Pour chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm. Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips. You can also add a sprinkle of sea salt on top before refrigerating.
