Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add egg, zest, and vanilla, mixing well.
- Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined. Stir in cranberries and chocolate chips.
- Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on baking sheets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden. Cool on wire rack.
Notes
For chewier cookies, slightly underbake and let cool on the baking sheet.
