Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mix mashed bananas, pumpkin, syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla until smooth.
- Whisk dry ingredients together, then combine with wet ingredients.
- Fold in nuts if using, pour batter into pan, and smooth top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, cool, then slice and serve.
