Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a bread pan.
- Mash bananas, whisk in egg, then add cooled melted butter, vanilla, pumpkin, and sugar. Mix until smooth.
- Whisk dry ingredients together, then fold into wet mixture. Gently mix in 3/4 cup chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into prepared pan, sprinkle remaining chips on top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
