Method
- Rinse cranberries and combine with sugar, orange juice, and orange zest in a saucepan.
- Add cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves; bring to a boil while stirring.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes until thickened and cranberries burst.
- If using, stir in walnuts during the last 5 minutes.
- Cool slightly, then transfer to sterilized jars and seal.
