Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix mashed bananas, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add baking soda, salt, and cinnamon; stir well.
  4. Fold in flour, nuts, and chocolate chips if using.
  5. Pour batter into pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  6. Cool before slicing and serving.
