Method
- Prep. Line a baking sheet. Ensure strawberries are washed and completely dry.
- Melt white chocolate. Microwave at 50% power in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip strawberries. Dip strawberries in white chocolate, creating a ghost line. Chill 5-10 minutes.
- Add ghost face. Melt dark chocolate and draw on eyes and mouth. Alternatively, use mini chocolate chips.
- Chill. Refrigerate for 5 minutes to harden.
Notes
Make sure the strawberries are completely dry before dipping to ensure the chocolate adheres properly.
