These adorable Strawberry Ghosts are a fun and easy Halloween treat! Fresh strawberries dipped in white chocolate and decorated with a spooky face.

  • 18 medium strawberries washed and dried very well
  • 8 ounces white chocolate melting wafers I prefer Ghiradelli
  • 2 ounces dark chocolate melting wafers or use mini chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Prep. Line a baking sheet. Ensure strawberries are washed and completely dry.
  2. Melt white chocolate. Microwave at 50% power in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Dip strawberries. Dip strawberries in white chocolate, creating a ghost line. Chill 5-10 minutes.
  4. Add ghost face. Melt dark chocolate and draw on eyes and mouth. Alternatively, use mini chocolate chips.
  5. Chill. Refrigerate for 5 minutes to harden.

Notes

Make sure the strawberries are completely dry before dipping to ensure the chocolate adheres properly.
