Dough
  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 4 oz brie cheese (sliced)
  • 1/3 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme (chopped)
  • 1 egg egg + 1 tbsp water (for egg wash)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out pastry and cut into 3-inch circles.
  2. Place pastry circles on a baking sheet, top with cranberry sauce and brie slices.
  3. Sprinkle thyme, brush edges with egg wash.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. Serve warm.
