Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Line muffin pans with liners.
- Mix mashed bananas, sugars, pumpkin, egg, butter, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and combine.
- Beat cream cheese with sugar, egg, vanilla, and flour until smooth. Set aside.
- Prepare crumb topping by mixing flour, sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter until crumbly.
- Fill muffin liners with batter, add cream cheese, top with more batter, and sprinkle crumb topping. Bake at 350°F for 20-35 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before serving.
Notes
For extra crunch, add chopped nuts or oats to the crumb topping.
