Method
- Whisk flour, sugars, cinnamon, and salt; stir in melted butter. Chill.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- Mix pumpkin, oil, sugars, and eggs until smooth.
- Stir in baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices; fold in flour.
- Pour batter into pan, sprinkle streusel on top, and bake for 65–80 minutes. Cool before slicing.
