Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet.
- Mix flour, pumpkin spice, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs; mix well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients; fold in chocolate and pumpkin spice chips.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet and bake for 10-14 minutes. Cool before serving.
Notes
For softer cookies, slightly underbake and let sit for a few minutes.
