Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Combine wet ingredients in another bowl.
- Fold wet into dry, then add nuts if using. Pour into pan.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes, cool before serving.
