  • 24 fresh strawberries about 2 lbs. or 2 containers
  • 11 ounces white chocolate chips 1 bag
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil or another neutral-tasting oil
  • 5-10 drops natural red food coloring

Method
 

  1. Rinse strawberries and let them air dry.
  2. Melt white chocolate chips with coconut oil in microwave, stirring every 30 seconds, until smooth.
  3. Add red food coloring to melted chocolate and stir until incorporated.
  4. Poke strawberry with fork/toothpick.
  5. Dip strawberry in chocolate, let excess drip off, and place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Let chocolate set. Refrigerate or freeze to speed up.
  7. Drizzle with extra melted chocolate.
  8. Store in airtight container. Keep at room temperature or refrigerate.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality white chocolate and fresh, dry strawberries.
