Method
- Rinse strawberries and let them air dry.
- Melt white chocolate chips with coconut oil in microwave, stirring every 30 seconds, until smooth.
- Add red food coloring to melted chocolate and stir until incorporated.
- Poke strawberry with fork/toothpick.
- Dip strawberry in chocolate, let excess drip off, and place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Let chocolate set. Refrigerate or freeze to speed up.
- Drizzle with extra melted chocolate.
- Store in airtight container. Keep at room temperature or refrigerate.
Notes
For best results, use high-quality white chocolate and fresh, dry strawberries.
