Method
- Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or ziplock bag.
- Heat water, butter, brown sugar, and salt in a saucepan until boiling.
- Reduce heat, stir in flour and Oreo crumbs until a dough ball forms.
- Remove from heat and cool for a few minutes.
- Mix in vanilla and egg until smooth.
- Heat oil in a pan to 350°F (175°C).
- Transfer dough to a piping bag with a star tip.
- Pipe 2-inch strips into hot oil, using scissors to cut.
- Fry until crispy and golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove and drain on a paper towel.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Toss warm churros in the mixture until coated.
- Heat Nutella and heavy cream in the microwave for 15-20 seconds until smooth.
- Stir well.
- Dip churro bites into the warm Nutella.
- Enjoy!

For best results, make sure the oil is at the correct temperature to ensure even cooking.
