Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mix pumpkin, eggs, oil, vanilla, and sugars until smooth.
- Whisk dry ingredients together.
- Combine wet and dry; set aside.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Pour half batter into pan, add cream cheese, then remaining batter. Swirl gently.
- Bake 50-60 minutes; cool before serving.
Notes
For best results, use room temperature ingredients and do not overmix.
