- Cream Butter and Sugars: Beat butter with brown and granulated sugar until fluffy.

- Add Dry Ingredients: Mix in flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until a dough forms.
- Fold in Chocolate Chips and Walnuts: Incorporate chocolate chips and walnuts into the dough.
- Chill the Dough: Chill dough for 30 minutes.
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 475°F and line a baking sheet.
- Shape Cookie Dough Balls: Scoop dough, roll into balls, and place on baking sheet.
- Bake: Bake for 7–8 minutes until golden on the edges.
- Cool and Serve: Cool cookies, then transfer to wire rack. Serve warm.
