Ingredients
  

Cake Mix
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 3 ripe bananas ripe bananas
  • 2 large eggs large eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • to taste vanilla extract vanilla extract
  • optional chopped nuts chopped nuts optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan and line with parchment paper.
  2. Mash bananas until smooth. In a bowl, combine cake mix, mashed bananas, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until just combined.
  3. Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 50-60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  4. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

You can add chopped nuts for extra crunch.
