Method
- Line the cake pan with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Pour prepared brownie mix into the pan and bake.
- Bake brownie according to recipe/package directions. Cool completely after baking.
- Once cool, carefully lift the brownie out of the pan. Use a sharp knife to cut it into a football shape.
- Use a sharp knife to make two cuts in the round brownie.
- Put the top and bottom parts of the brownie together on a serving plate.
- Add white icing laces to the football using a flat cake decorator tip.
Notes
For easier removal, ensure the aluminum foil extends over the edges of the cake pan.
