  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 16 ounce refried beans, fat-free
  • 1 cup guacamole homemade or store-bought
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • Optional black olives, chopped tomatoes, jalapenos

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef, drain grease.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning, cook per package.
  3. Spread refried beans as first layer.
  4. Top with seasoned ground beef.
  5. Spread guacamole over beef.
  6. Spread Greek yogurt over guacamole.
  7. Pour salsa over yogurt.
  8. Sprinkle with cheese and onions.
  9. Add optional toppings.
  10. Refrigerate 30 min. Serve with chips/veggies.

Notes

For a spicier dip, use a hotter salsa or add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the ground beef while cooking.
