Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl; whisk wet ingredients in another.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients gently; fold in nuts if using.
- Pour batter into pan, smooth top, and bake for 50-60 minutes.
- Cool in pan 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For extra crunch, add nuts on top before baking.
