Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare muffin tin.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Combine wet ingredients in another bowl until smooth.
- Gradually add wet to dry, stirring gently. Fold in nuts and chocolate chips if using.
- Fill muffin cups 3/4 full and bake for 18-20 minutes. Cool before serving.
Notes
Store muffins in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
