Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Oil a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Add bananas and butter to mixer; beat until blended.
- Add eggs and beat until creamy.
- Add cake mix and beat just until blended.
- Pour batter into pan; bake for 55-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cover with foil if browning too quickly.
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a rack to cool completely before slicing.
Notes
For added flavor, fold in chopped nuts before baking.
