Method
- Cream butter, add mashed bananas and eggs.
- Mix well, then add cake mix and nuts, and blend until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased 9" x 5" loaf pan.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 55-60 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cover with foil if browning too quickly, then cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
- Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for best flavor and moisture.
