  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream for truffles
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted butter for truffles
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract for truffles
  • 0.5 tsp Espresso powder (optional) for truffles
  • 0.25 cup Cocoa powder (for dusting) for truffles
  • 0.25 tsp Sea salt flakes for truffles
Chocolate Bark
  • 6 oz High-quality milk chocolate for bark
  • 6 oz White chocolate for bark
  • 0.5 cup Assorted nuts (e.g., almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios) for bark
  • 0.5 cup Dried cranberries for bark
Chocolate-Covered Nuts
  • 4 oz High-quality dark chocolate (70% cacao or higher) for nuts
  • 1 cup Assorted nuts (e.g., almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios) for covering
  • 0.125 tsp Sea salt flakes for nuts
  • 0.125 tsp Edible gold leaf (optional, for decoration) for nuts
  • 1 package Gift box with dividers for assembly
  • 1 as needed Parchment paper for all

Method
 

  1. Melt dark chocolate with heavy cream and butter. Stir until smooth. Add vanilla extract and espresso powder (optional). Refrigerate until firm. Roll into balls, dust with cocoa powder, and sprinkle with sea salt.
  2. Melt milk chocolate and white chocolate separately. Spread each onto parchment paper. Sprinkle with assorted nuts and dried cranberries. Let set completely. Break into irregular pieces.
  3. Melt dark chocolate. Dip almonds, hazelnuts, or pistachios into the melted chocolate. Place on parchment paper to set. Sprinkle with sea salt or edible gold leaf (optional).
  4. Line the gift box dividers with parchment paper. Arrange the chocolate truffles, chocolate bark pieces, and chocolate-covered nuts in the dividers.
  5. Close the gift box and decorate as desired. This box is ready to be given as a beautiful and delicious gift.
