Method
- Melt dark chocolate with heavy cream and butter. Stir until smooth. Add vanilla extract and espresso powder (optional). Refrigerate until firm. Roll into balls, dust with cocoa powder, and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Melt milk chocolate and white chocolate separately. Spread each onto parchment paper. Sprinkle with assorted nuts and dried cranberries. Let set completely. Break into irregular pieces.
- Melt dark chocolate. Dip almonds, hazelnuts, or pistachios into the melted chocolate. Place on parchment paper to set. Sprinkle with sea salt or edible gold leaf (optional).
- Line the gift box dividers with parchment paper. Arrange the chocolate truffles, chocolate bark pieces, and chocolate-covered nuts in the dividers.
- Close the gift box and decorate as desired. This box is ready to be given as a beautiful and delicious gift.
