Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin.
- Mix wet ingredients until combined.
- Whisk dry ingredients together.
- Combine wet and dry, then fill muffin liners halfway.
- Mix cream cheese filling and add on top, then top with remaining batter.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes, cool before serving.
Notes
Ensure not to overmix the batter for fluffy muffins.
