Method
- Wash and dry strawberries. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Microwave candy melts in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip strawberries in melted candy, let excess drip off, and place on parchment.
- Pipe horizontal lines over coated strawberries to mimic carrots.
- Let candy harden at room temperature (30 min) or in the fridge (10-20 min).
- Layer crushed Oreos at the bottom of cups, then pour in prepared chocolate pudding.
- Place a chocolate-covered strawberry on top of each cup.
Notes
For best results, use high-quality candy melts and ensure the strawberries are completely dry before dipping.
