  • 1.5 cups orange candy melts
  • to taste Butter
  • Crushed Oreo cookie crumbs
  • 1 large box instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry strawberries. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Microwave candy melts in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Dip strawberries in melted candy, let excess drip off, and place on parchment.
  4. Pipe horizontal lines over coated strawberries to mimic carrots.
  5. Let candy harden at room temperature (30 min) or in the fridge (10-20 min).
  6. Layer crushed Oreos at the bottom of cups, then pour in prepared chocolate pudding.
  7. Place a chocolate-covered strawberry on top of each cup.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality candy melts and ensure the strawberries are completely dry before dipping.
