- Whisk chocolate mixture until smooth and glossy.
- Layer strawberries in glass cups.
- Add pistachio-kataifi mixture.
- Pour chocolate ganache.
- Repeat layering until cup is full.
- Garnish with extra kataifi, chopped pistachios, and chocolate drizzle.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use high-quality dark and milk chocolate. Adjust the sweetness by using more or less milk chocolate.
