  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
Streusel Topping
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
Wet Ingredients
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
Add-ins
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line muffin tin.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Combine wet ingredients and add to dry; mix until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in cranberries and divide batter into muffin cups.
  5. Prepare streusel, sprinkle over batter, and bake 20-22 minutes.
