Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch pan.
- Mix dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs and vanilla.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk to wet mixture; fold in cranberries and nuts.
- Pour batter into pan, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon, then bake 40-45 mins.
- Cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
