Cranberry Brie Bites

These delightful mini pastries combine creamy brie, tangy cranberry sauce, and flaky puff pastry for a perfect appetizer.

Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
Cheese
  • 1 small wheel brie cheese (cut into cubes)
Sauce
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or canned)
Garnish
  • Fresh rosemary (for garnish (optional)) fresh rosemary (for garnish, optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease mini muffin tin.
  2. Cut puff pastry into 12 squares and press into muffin tin cups.
  3. Place a cube of brie in each pastry cup, top with 1 teaspoon cranberry sauce.
  4. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and cheese melts.
  5. Garnish with rosemary if desired, serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding a drizzle of honey before baking.
