Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease mini muffin tin.
- Cut puff pastry into 12 squares and press into muffin tin cups.
- Place a cube of brie in each pastry cup, top with 1 teaspoon cranberry sauce.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and cheese melts.
- Garnish with rosemary if desired, serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding a drizzle of honey before baking.
