Ingredients
  

Bananas
  • 3 ripe bananas ripe bananas, mashed
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg beaten egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix mashed bananas, melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla until combined.
  3. Combine dry ingredients and fold into wet mixture. Mix cinnamon and brown sugar for swirl.
  4. Pour half batter into pan, sprinkle half cinnamon mixture, add remaining batter, then top with remaining cinnamon.
  5. Swirl cinnamon through batter, then bake for 60-70 minutes. Cool before slicing.

Notes

For a richer flavor, let the bread cool completely before slicing.
