Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mix mashed bananas with melted butter, then add baking soda, salt, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
- Stir in flour until just combined. Mix cinnamon and sugar for swirl.
- Pour half batter into pan, sprinkle with half cinnamon-sugar, add remaining batter, then top with remaining cinnamon-sugar. Swirl gently.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes, cool before serving.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
