Method
- Mash bananas until smooth with some small chunks.
- Mix melted butter, sugar, and vanilla until glossy.
- Add eggs one at a time, whisking well after each.
- Stir in milk or yogurt until batter is smooth.
- Combine dry ingredients and fold into wet batter; add nuts or chips if using.
- Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 175°C (350°F) for 50-60 minutes; cool before slicing.
