- Place bowl over simmering water; stir until melted and smooth.
- Dip strawberries into melted chocolate, swirl to coat, and let excess drip off.
- Sprinkle with desired toppings before the chocolate sets.
- Place dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to help the chocolate set faster (optional).
- Let the chocolate harden completely before serving.
