  • 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup heavy cream cold

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Rinse and dry strawberries. Remove tops and hull centers.
  3. Melt chocolate chips in microwave in 30-second intervals.
  4. Dip strawberries in chocolate and place on parchment paper. Prepare cheesecake filling.
  5. Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Add heavy cream and beat until fluffy. Chill for 15 minutes.
  6. Transfer filling to piping bag and pipe into strawberries.
  7. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to set filling if needed.
  8. Serve immediately or within 12 hours.
