Method
- Heat olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.
- Sauté diced onions, bell peppers, celery, and garlic until tender.
- Add chopped cabbage, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
