Bananas
  • 2 pieces ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix mashed bananas with melted butter.
  3. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Stir in baking soda, salt, and flour until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into greased loaf pan and bake for 60-65 minutes.
  6. Cool for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
