Method
- Cut puff pastry into 24 small squares.
- Place a small piece of brie and a spoonful of cranberry sauce in each square.
- Fold the squares into mini pockets and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 8 minutes until golden brown.
