Method
- Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave.
- If using white chocolate, melt it separately.
- Dip each strawberry into the melted dark chocolate.
- If desired, drizzle with melted white chocolate or sprinkle with decorations.
- Place the chocolate-covered strawberries on parchment paper to set.
- Refrigerate for at least 15-20 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.
