Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare muffin tin.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Combine wet ingredients in another bowl.
- Mix wet into dry just until combined; fold in nuts and chocolate chips if desired.
- Fill muffin cups two-thirds full and bake 18-20 minutes.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of cinnamon on top before baking.
